1. Services Provided

Tanner Castro Films provides professional wedding videography and related video production services. All services are subject to availability, and specific deliverables will be outlined in individual client contracts or booking agreements.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Final payment is typically due before the wedding/event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment terms and due dates are detailed in your signed contract or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in delay or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All retainers are non-refundable. If you cancel your event: You may forfeit any amounts paid depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled date. Cancellations must be made in writing. If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to find a comparable replacement or refund any payments made, excluding work already completed.

4. Copyright & Usage

Tanner Castro Films retains full copyright ownership of all video content created, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a personal-use license, which allows: Sharing on social media, Downloading for personal use, Archiving for personal memories. You may not: Resell the videos, Use the footage for commercial purposes, Alter or edit the videos without written consent. We reserve the right to use footage for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media unless a privacy agreement is signed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: Provide accurate event details and timely communication, Inform us of any important or sensitive moments that must be captured, Grant access to venues and ensure we are allowed to film. We are not responsible for missed moments due to last-minute changes, guest interference, lighting issues, or limited access.

6. Website Content

All text, images, and media on this Site are owned or licensed by Tanner Castro Films and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: Any indirect or consequential damages, Lost files due to equipment failure (we take all reasonable precautions), Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, travel restrictions, vendor delays). Our liability is capped at the total amount paid for our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
