Chicago Wedding Videographer
Chicago has one of the strongest industrial-chic wedding scenes in the country and it's the reason I keep flying back. Salvage One, Chicago Illuminating Company, Bridgeport Art Center, Gallery 1028 — these venues have real architectural bones, and the film gets to lean into that.
Chicago couples also tend to want a longer film than the coast. There's an expectation of a full ceremony edit, the toasts kept mostly intact, and a highlight film that plays like a short story. That's how I already like to build films, so it's a natural market for me.
Winter weddings here are underrated. Snow on the loft skylights, city lights coming through the windows — a January Chicago wedding films beautifully.
