San Diego Wedding Videographer
San Diego has some of the best natural light of any wedding city in the country. The marine layer softens everything until about 11am, and then the whole coast turns into a giant softbox until sundown. Filming here is a privilege.
The market splits between the Balboa Park / downtown venues (The Prado, Cuvier Club) and the coastal set (Scripps Seaside Forum, Estancia La Jolla, Cuvier). Each has its own tempo — the Balboa weddings feel more formal and architectural, the Scripps ones feel more like a beach day that happens to have a ceremony in the middle. I match the film to whichever it is.
Mt. Woodson Castle is its own thing — a full-day production with real getting-ready suites and a real ceremony deck overlooking the mountains. Those I love because you can shoot from arrival to send-off without ever leaving the property.
