Utah is home. I've spent most of my filming years here, from tiny ceremonies at the top of a canyon to full 300-guest days at Salt Lake resorts. It's the place I know the best, and it's the place my style was built for.
This state gives you almost every kind of wedding day in one drive. Alpine light in the Wasatch, red rock in the south, quiet farm and orchard weddings in the valley, and destination-feeling resort weekends at Deer Valley. Same filmmaker, same documentary approach, wildly different backdrops.
I film Utah weddings the way a Utah wedding actually feels — early temple mornings, warm afternoon dinners, the kind of receptions where families stay past the getaway car. Nothing staged, nothing performed. Just the day, honestly.
