I fly for weddings. My year moves through Utah's mountains and red rock, down to Southern California, up the Oregon coast, into Montana, and out to New York, Chicago, Texas, and Martha's Vineyard. For weddings outside Utah, travel is estimated separately and billed at actual cost — itemized transparently in your proposal, never marked up. The goal is a film that feels like the place, not just the day. If your destination isn't listed, ask.
