Salt Lake City, UT / Wedding Videography
Salt Lake City Wedding Videographer
Salt Lake is the easiest wedding city I work in. Ten minutes from downtown you can be at a Millcreek dinner under string lights or up Emigration Canyon watching the sun drop. Everything's close, the logistics are calm, and the light in the fall is unreasonably good.
SLC couples tend to want both worlds — the polish of a downtown ballroom and a real, unposed film that doesn't feel corporate. That's exactly the balance I'm built for. I stay quiet in the room, I don't stage the toasts, and I let the reception actually happen.
Because SLC has an efficient timeline (temples, first looks, and portraits often stack into one tight afternoon), I plan for it. I know where the golden light is at Red Butte in September, which corner of The Grand America ballroom has the cleanest look, and which Millcreek turnout works for a first look without a crowd.

Signature
Super 8, real film.
For SLC weddings I love shooting a Super 8 roll during golden hour on the way from the ceremony to the reception. Cut into the film, it becomes the moment you didn't know was being remembered.
