Park City weddings are a genre of their own — a three-day resort weekend, guests flying in from both coasts, and a couple who wants a film that feels like an editorial travel piece as much as a wedding video. That's the job I love.
The Deer Valley properties (Montage, St. Regis, Stein Eriksen, Empire Lodge) all give you these enormous window walls and mountain backdrops that basically light themselves. What most couples don't need is another sweeping drone shot of a mountain — what they need is a film that keeps the weekend intimate. Welcome dinner toasts. The lift ride up. The quiet moment before walking out.
I stay embedded across the whole weekend if you want it — welcome party through farewell brunch — so the film has the arc of a trip, not just a wedding day.
