Sequoia National Park, CA / Elopement Videography

Sequoia Elopement Videographer

Sequoia is one of the quietest places I've ever filmed. The scale of the trees does something to sound — everything gets hushed. Elopements here tend to be smaller than smaller, sometimes just the couple and an officiant, and the film ends up feeling like a private letter more than a wedding video.

The Giant Forest, General Sherman, and Moro Rock are the classic ceremony areas. Moro Rock at sunset is the most cinematic single spot in the park, and it's my usual recommendation for the portrait session.

Sequoia requires a Special Use Permit for ceremonies. I'll help you match the site to your guest count before you apply.

Signature

Super 8, real film.

Super 8 under the giant sequoias is one of those "you had to be there" moments — and the film is the closest a couple can get to being there again.
